Exclusions, Cancelation,and Refund Policy

When hiring Jacoby's Lone Star Gutters & Drains, customer agrees to the services and terms outlined in their estimate/invoice. Customer agrees that all monies paid for deposit or pre-payment are non-refundable unless services are canceled 72hrs prior to install date, less 25% material restock fees. All final payments are due at time of completion of service. Any unpaid balance still owed 24hrs after completion will assess late fees of $25. a day until said balance is paid in full. Customer agrees that if removal of existing damaged materials is needed for approved repair, JLSG&D is not responsible for any unforeseen damages beyond what is visible at time of estimate. If further materials or labor is needed that is not stated in the estimate/invoice it will require a separate estimate/invoice and client approval with deposit paid before work can proceed. If deterioration of fascia or soffit are found JLSG&D crew will notify customer of facts and suggestions before proceeding. If it is deemed necessary to not continue with install if further repair is needed JLSG&D will be paid for services and material completed up to this decision, whether it be JLSG&D or customers final decision. If customer request to continue install after being advised of damage, customer agrees that No Warranty will be given on any portion of the Invoice or Services performed. Any Warranty given will not cover pre-existing damage, acts caused by nature, damage caused by anyone other than JLSG&D crew, drainage tilts of gutters that are shifted due to home foundation settling, debris/leaf build up in gutters, downspout, or drains when customer did not purchase gutter leaf guard protection at time of install of other services, and any alterations in material or ways of installation requested by customer to be used or performed.
