WHAT IS A DRAIN?
Drains are buried underground and contain a 4" solid corrugated drain pipe utilized to move water away from foundations or low spots in the yard. Drains can be connected to downspouts or collection boxes with water dispensing out of a pop-up emitter or open end drain.
WHEN IS A DRAIN RECOMMENDED?
When water has a history of settling near or around a home. This product can prevent costly foundation repairs. It can be recommend to add collection boxes to low areas in your yard where water accumulates and has issues draining.
HOW LONG DO DRAINS LAST?
If the drain is installed properly, the drain will last for many years.
HOW ARE THEY INSTALLED?
We start with contacting 811 and having utilities marked for safe digging. Then we dig a trench 16" maximum deep and grade it properly so the run-off can be moved safely to a area where water can drain without causing future issues.
⚠️NOTICE: When having Drains installed it is advised to at the same time have leaf guard added to your gutters. Debris can collect in your gutters traveling down to your drains causing them to clog and not function properly. If you opt out of leaf guard when purchasing drains we are not responsible and Warranty does not apply to clogs.

Our company offers fascia and/or soffit repairs when needed due to water damage or rot. If we are installing gutters on your home and notice areas of concern on your fascia or soffit we will inform you before proceeding with install and may require that repairs be made to be able to properly install gutters.
